Summary
Based on the teardown the repairability of the iPhone 16 seems to be moderate. While the removable back glass and easily accessible battery are positives the use of electrically induced adhesive for the battery and the welded Control Button make repairs more challenging. Additionally the integrated charging port and other components make it difficult to replace individual parts. Overall I would give the device a score of 6.5 out of 10 for repairability.
