Based on the teardown the repairability of the Xiaomi 12 Pro is fairly good. It has some positives such as the battery cable and battery being easily accessible and pull tabs provided to remove the battery. However it also has some negatives such as adhesive used for the back cover and battery and plastic covers covering the boards needing to be removed to access the cables. Overall I would give the Xiaomi 12 Pro a score of 8.0 out of 10 for repairability.
