Summary

Based on the teardown the repairability of the Motorola Moto G7 is not very good. The use of adhesive for the back cover and battery makes it difficult to open and access internal components. Additionally the screen replacement requires disassembling several components and removing the mid frame which adds to the difficulty of repair. However the battery cable and battery are easily accessible and pull tabs are provided for battery removal which are positive aspects for repairability. Overall I would give the device a score of 6.0 out of 10 for repairability.
