Summary

Based on the teardown the repairability of the Motorola Edge 50 seems to be average. While some components can be easily replaced such as the camera lens covers and the back cover others require more effort and skill such as the battery and the screen. The use of adhesive and the need for heat to loosen it also adds to the difficulty of repairs. However the design of the phone does allow for some components to be replaced without having to fully disassemble the device. Overall I would give the repairability of the Motorola Edge 50 a score of 5.0 out of 10.
