Summary

The Google Pixel 6a is a relatively repairable device scoring a 6.5 out of 10 on the repairability scale. The device is relatively easy to disassemble with the back plate top panel and camera lens cover all removable with heat and a pry tool. The battery is also easy to remove and the screen can be disconnected from the main board. However the charger port is soldered onto the main board making it difficult to replace. The fingerprint sensor is also adhered to the screen so screen replacements will come with the sensor pre-attached.
