Based on the teardown the repairability of the Google Pixel 4A seems to be quite low. The fact that several components need to be disassembled to access the battery and that special tools are needed for disassembly are major drawbacks. Additionally the delicate process of removing the screen and the need to remove metal plates over cable connectors are also negative factors. However the presence of pull tabs for removing the battery is a positive aspect. Overall I would give the repairability of the Google Pixel 4A a score of 4.0 out of 10.
