Based on the teardown the repairability of the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 seems to be average. The lack of adhesive used for the back cover and the easy accessibility of the battery and battery cable are positive factors. However the use of adhesive for the battery and the need to disassemble several components to replace the screen are negative factors. Additionally the plastic covers covering the boards need to be removed to access the cables which can make repairs more difficult. Overall I would give the device a score of 8.0 out of 10 for repairability.
